- Personal Trainer General Fitness Trainer - Sport Specific Trainer

Training provided:

Cardiovascular training

Strength training

Flexibility training

In addition:

- Dynamic, Static, Yoga and Athletic stretching

- Martial arts stances for strength and balance

- Plyometrics training

- Agility training and more

Program enrollment

NO MEDICAL SERVICE IS PROVIDED 

Step One:  

- Free consultation 

- Facility introduction

- Review of goal's

- Sign into training program

 Step Two:

 - Evaluation of current fitness level

a) Cardiovascular status evaluation commenced 

b) Strength status evaluation commenced 

c) Flexibility status evaluation commenced

Step Three:  

- Commence training program

Training Program Development

NO MEDICAL SERVICE IS PROVIDED  

For committed person's:  A 12 week program will be initiated. Regular progress is monitored and changes initiated as and when required.  Following initial 12 week program, a review is conducted and future goal's discussed.  Future planned program is initiated keepng future goal's in mind.

It is recommended, individuals, sign up in a 12 week training program, as this is considered a better way in achieving health, fitness and performance goal's.
