Erector Spinae muscles of Spine, Gluteus Maximi, Quadriceps Femoris group of muscles (Rectus Femoris, Vastus lateralis, Vastus Intermedius and Vastus Medialis), Hamstrings (Semitendinosus, Semimembranosus, Biceps - Femoris).

Secondary Muscles: Synergists or, Stabilizers: 

Transverse Abdominus, Gluteus Medius, Gluteus Minimi, Gastrocnemius and Soleus
